Poor Doogie Howser. His secret wish (he denies it, but c'mon) that Britney never again grace the set of his show, How I Met Your Mother, is about to get squashed: Britney's coming back!
According to People.com:
(Britney) is returning to How I Met Your Mother, a source tells PEOPLE.
“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” a source said. “She had so
much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a
mutual decision to work together more.”
The singer/actress will do one episode, the source says. Fox studios would not confirm the appearance.
I don't care what Neil Patrick Harris thinks of all this. If this keeps her from doing a reality series for even a minute longer than might otherwise be the case, I'm happy.
