The face is DEFINITELY her, and some people one other sites have referred to candids taken of her on what appears to be the same days 'out and about' with the same outfits and jewelery and nailcolor on. So if they are fake, they sure fit her and her wardrobe and accessory choice for certain days down to the last tiny detail...as far as I've observed. Just sayin'.

Besides the green bra which seems kinda tacky to me, I have seen worse images on pre-teen and teenage girls' myspace accounts.  While these lovely pictures do not help Miley to keep her squeeky clean image, they are hardly going to destroy her career.  They are not pictures of her nether-regions such as what was shown for B. Spears but rather very common images of teenage life these days.  I do feel that her parents need to address this problem because for other teenage girls, the pictures do not explode all over the news and internet and Miley needs to know that this is wrong and that she will be exploited if she is not careful.  However, these pictures are certainly not the worst pictures anyone has seen and I hope they will only serve to teach her a lesson and not destroy her career.  I hope she will make a comment on them and be a bigger man than the paparazzi.  I think this would be an opportunity for Miley to address the situation, state her error and set an example for other teens.
