Cute kid, but he's way too big to be facing inwards. Let the lad see where he's going! Obviously facing him towards her is not thwarting the paps at all if that's her intention.
I see she has abandoned the sling for the Ergo Baby Carrier - good choice, or her back and shoulders would be in agony by now, judging from the size of that kid!

Too big to be facing inwards? What the hell? My daughter is almost 14 months and she loves to ride that way - it's her favorite. We can snuggle or chat or point out things as we're walking. Plus, babies CAN turn their heads to look around, you know.
And frankly, the whole outward facing baby thing gives me the heebeejeebees a bit - they look so uncomfortable just dangling there, and it's killer on the shoulders and back.
