I'm not sure whether it's a compliment, or something else, for a couple if they get put on a list like this, as a couple. I mean, are they individually beautiful, or are they just beautiful together? Jessica Alba's pretty cute - and all the cuter in pregnancy - but is she one of the most beautiful people? And would we even know who Cash Warren is if he hadn't knocked up Jessica Alba?
Okay, so Jessica Alba could probably make the list on her own, pregnant or not, although I'm personally inclined to think that pregnancy has everything to do with how hot she's looking these days. She agrees:

Cash insists that he has a glow, too. “I don’t know

I’ve gained probably about 10 pounds.”
Barbecue grease. That'll get you on this kind of list, for sure. Knock up a hot chick and then do some sympathy binging. Nice.
