Matthew McConaughey has decided to make a sacrifice for his unborn son.  McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves are due in June with their first child.  So what did Matthew give up for his baby?

Beer.  Yup beer.  Big big sacrifice I'm sure. Matthew apparently likes his beer and was even going to name his son Bud.  I'm guessing his baby mama talked him out of that one.

McConaughey wants to show how committed he is to becoming a daddy, so that's why he's giving up his brewskies.  A friend said, "It was a huge sacrifice, but Matt says his relationship is all about teamwork."  He wasn't asked to give it up but Camila was reportedly "frustrated that she had to go on the wagon while Matthew continued to party."

It's nice when a dad is willing to make changes for his child.  Hard to give up that Bud I'm sure, but glad to hear that Matthew did it.
