Ah, sisterly companionship. Is there anything better? Especially when it involves showers?

Britney accompanied knocked-up little sis Jamie Lynn to a shower thrown in her honor in Kentwood, La, this weekend. It was, by all accounts, just a quiet family affair, ladies-only:

"Jamie Lynn opened every gift," a source told People.com, adding that mom Lynne and fiance Casey Aldridge's mother lent a hand. "We all sat in a circle and she opened gifts and thanked every person. It was just a good old-fashioned baby shower."

Aaaw. So sweet. Jamie Lynn is just like any other young pregnant woman, except that, you know, she's not quite yet a woman, legally. But still: sweet nonetheless.
