I love this picture of Russell Crowe and his boys.  I think it's because it hits home. 

If Russell had on a better outfit, lost 15 pounds and had a haircut that could be me and my boys.  Give or take some Oscars.

I never realized how much the Crowe and I had in common.  It's like looking at the back of a mirror.
