A pretty blonde actress gave birth recently - who popped their bundle of joy out?

Canadian born, Kelly Rowan, "The O.C." star gave birth to her daughter on April 28.  Her rep said, "Kelly Rowan gave birth to a happy and healthy baby girl in Los Angeles on April 28.  Mom and daughter are doing great."

Congratulations on your baby girl!
