A lot of parents have the same time honored battle with their little ones and getting them to eat their veggies. Are you one of those frustrated parents who would just love to see your child eat some carrots or broccoli? Actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley may just have the solution to your struggles.

Kimberly, 36, along with her father, Gurney Williams have written a new children's book, "Henry and the Hidden Veggie Garden," and the goal is to encourage kids to love their veggies and also gives readers a look into Kimberly's life on her Tennessee ranch with her country music star husband, Brad Paisley and their adorable 15-month-old son, Huck.
The book, was also penned in support of the Love Your Veggies Nationwide School Lunch Campaign, which is now in it's second year. The program offered $10,000 nutrition education grants to one elementary school in each state. To read more on the organization - www.LoveYourVeggiesGrants.org .

This book sounds adorable and a great way to get kids to eat healthier. It will be sold exclusively online for $5.00, as well as 10,000 copies of Henry and the Hidden Veggie Garden will be donated to Books from the Heart - a national non-profit organization that helps put books in the hands of kids living below the poverty line.
Getting your kids to love vegetables (and eat them!) and help other children with less - sounds like a win-win situation.
Kimberly Williams-Paisley is best known for her "Father of the Bride" character Annie Banks, and she currently stars as Dana on ABC's sitcom, According to Jim.
