Mel aka Scary Spice, handcuffed Stephen while six strippers rubbed up against him at his 33rd surprise birthday party.  The girls were topless and photos were taken.  Bet those won't be going in the family album.

An insider said, "They were provocative.  Mel loved it."  Scary, 32, had also warned the 200 party guests about the "dangerous animals" - which turned out to be chickens, ponies and goats.  Uh, what the hell did they do with the farm animals?  I'm not sure that I want to know that.
