
Pamela Anderson has a secret to staying hot. She's hot? Seriously? I never noticed. The mom of two boys - Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 10 - avoids a few things that she swears keeps her sexy. Any guesses?
Anderson tells Us Weekly her secret to staying "hot" is that she avoids meat - uh eating it. The former Baywatch star says she doesn't exercise much (of course not), except to chase her active boys and that she does eat lots of carbs - complex carbs.
She has fruit and oatmeal for breakfast, a ginger smoothie for snack, salad and a veggie burger for lunch, and pasta or veggie sushi at suppertime.
Pammie thinks we should try being a vegetarian, because she says there are many "fabulous mock meals." She and her boys like "Not dogs," a soy based hot dog. Pam says, "take a load off your body and your conscience. Try vegetarian!"
All the power to vegetarians - personally I love my steak and chicken too much to give it up.
