Nicole Richie was dressed up, looking long and lean in a black outfit, as she arrived at the Richie-Madden Children's Foundation fundraiser. It's to benefit The Children's Health Fund at Cusp Boutique in Los Angeles.

Nicole and fiance Joel Madden created the program that helps provide immediate aid to children who are suffering in different situations. They raise money to help provide sustainable solutions so those in need can get relief.
