Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have finally gone public with their pregnancy - uh, we knew guys, we knew.  They recently tied the knot, Ashlee took on Pete's name, they honeymooned in the Caribbean, and now they are ready to become parents.  One of the most exciting things for any new parent-to-be, is hearing, for the very first time, the heartbeat of your unborn baby.  Always made me cry.  Pete recently told E! News that he's ready for fatherhood.

"I'm excited to be a dad, " Pete said.  "I'm a genuinely nervous person.  The first time I ever went to the doctor's office and heard the heartbeat, I felt totally content and at peace with everything.  It feels good."

Pete and Ashlee had released a statement about their pregnancy, saying it was, "the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family."
