Oh don't you just love a juicy soap opera?! Everyone perks up at the possibility of a 'love triangle.' It's all so racy and spicy isn't it? Except this isn't so much a soap opera as it is real life. Many have speculated on Kate Hudson's relationship with Lance Armstrong - how could she be into Lance so soon, when she seemed to be so into Owen Wilson? Can someone just fall out of love in an instant and then be instantly in love (or seemingly) with another? Sorta seems that way. Or maybe Kate had some help, as in, Lance sneakily lured her away from Owen, even before she broke it off with him? I thought Lance and Owen were friends? I'm guessing they're not so much now....
Life & Style is reporting on how the "switcheroo" happened. Oh do tell!
Apparently Owen is just as suprised by the whole 'Kate and Lance' relationship as everyone else. A friend to Owen said, "Owen didn't think things were over with Kate until he heard about Lance. It was a startling blow."
Lance, on the other hand, knew what was going on - as it's claimed that he set out to "win Kate's heart."
The pal added, "Lance is a smart guy. He figured out the things about Owen that bothered Kate, and he used them to his advantage."
Lance, allegedly took advantage of the fact that he was friends with Owen and used his "inside information" to help win Kate over.
The source said, "Kate felt like she and Owen were always hiding. Lance made it clear to her in the beginning that he wanted to show her off, and Kate like that a lot."
Owen is not so much of a romantic and Lance took that into account and showed Kate that he knew how to "wine and dine a lady." He "totally won Kate over."
If this is true, that's a horrible thing for Lance to do to his friend Owen, and not so cool of Kate either! Probably a bit confusing for her son Ryder too, all this back and forth with boyfriends. I sort of feel sorry for Owen. At least he has the strippers.
