
Britney Spears seems to be like a lot of us - she's up and down with her weight, which of course isn't a good thing. She's been spending a lot of time at Bally's lately, I'm assuming working out, which is a good thing. However, has her diet changed? In the past, we'd see Brit making a Starbucks run, frequently visiting the drive thru at fast food places, and quite possibly adding to that, her rumored drug use. However, now she's apparently found a new diet - not sure if it's a good one or not, considering she's following Victoria Beckham's eating regime.
Spears is reportedly wanting to make a 'comeback' and therefore doing whatever she can go regain her svelte figure from years gone by. Britney went from a size 14 to a size 10 and has taken on a strict eating routine.
The former popstar, according to a source, has "been eating steamed fish and edamame beans.
"She was told that's how Victoria stays so slim." That's it? She eats fish and beans - well, hell yes, she'll get thin that way!
However, to combat hunger, she has seaweed shakes (I can't even imagine drinking that - seaweed needs to say in the sea!) and she drinks goji juice and starts her morning with a cup of hot water and lemon.
That sounds like a great diet. By great, I mean pass the fries! I think there's a happy medium between Brit's like for junk food and Victoria's extreme eating habits. Keep workin' out Britbrit!
