A judge ordered an emergency hearing in the Spears/Federline case on Friday, but the documents were sealed and there was no change in the current custody arrangement the couple have with their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Last month the courts granted Britney more access to the tots. She has done really well at getting better since her father started helping with her and her affairs (Seaweed shake anyone?). I don't know that she'll ever get full custody back of those kids, I just hope it works out in their favor.
