Miley Cyrus sure has had a lot of bad behaviour surrounding herself, including posting racy photos on MySpace, the whole Vanity Fair fiasco, and most recently, rumors of dating a 22 year old.
It's enough to make a mother's hair turn grey -- and I'm not even her mother. If I were, I'd lock her up until she was 30.
You would think mom Tish would impose a sex ban on the young starlet.
Oh wait, she HAS.
Except it's not at all what it should be, it's only a ban on watching Sex and The City.
Hmph.
