Jessica Alba was spotted out on Saturday picking up groceries - it was the first time she's was seen in public since giving birth to Honor Marie just 2 weeks ago.  And now, baby Honor herself has been spotted, going with mommy and daddy to her 2 week checkup.

Baby Honor was well-covered, so unfortunately we can't see her face - hopefully soon!  So you're basically being treated to seeing Honor's baby seat.  It's something right???
