Playboy Playmate and actress (?) Pamela Anderson is filming a new reality show which she doesn't quite classify as a reality show. She refers to it as a "self-portrait," or "art project." Excuse me while I laugh out loud. She's shooting eight episodes of her "art," on the E! Channel and it's expected to air sometime this summer. Let me clap my hands in glee! The "art" is called Pam - Girl on the Edge - quite appropriate I think. I'm pretty sure there will be gratuitous bikini shots and much cleavage - hey, it's Pammie Anderson we're talking about. Plus the promo shows her NUDE.

Anderson is featured in the July/August issue of Radar mag and gives a bit of insight about her upcoming venture.
The 40-year-old mother of two sons - and now back together with ex husband (twice) Tommy Lee - will also be directing and editing the TV show. Her kids are not expected to be in the show (take a lesson Denise Richards!) with the exception of a "back of the head" shot, here and there. I'll give her credit for that.
Pam says of her first trip to L.A. that began a career of self-promotion and Playboy spreads, and of course that little show called Baywatch:
"I thought when I came to L.A. people would have parrots on their shoulders. I still don't understand where that concept came from. And I thought for sure photographers would have pointy shoulders and big hats. "Yes, pointy shoulder pads and parrots. And hats."
I'm totally going to watch this show, and by watch this show, I mean, I'm selling my TV.
