The Spears girls are going to have a wee bit more intimate details of their lives splashed in print - their mom Lynne is set to release her book sometime in September.  Britney is none too happy about it either - and reportedly refuses to be in the same room as her mom.  I can't say as that I really blame Brit - it's one thing to read about yourself from a stranger's perspective but to have your own mother share personal information about you is a bit much.  Although Lynne describes the book as a "memoir," and what it's like to raise two famous kids.  Uh huh.  I smell a TELL-ALL.

An insider said: “Britney was so upset and angry with her mom that at first she refused to be at the birth. She couldn’t bear to be in the same room as her.

“But when Jamie Lynn found out that Britney might not be in there, she got really frightened and couldn’t stop crying. She begged her sister to reconsider, and at the last minute Britney agreed to come.”

Is there ever really a good time to dish about your daughters in a book?  I mean Brit is just getting back on her feet, trying to put her life back together, perhaps win her kids back, she's jump starting her career and maybe even getting close to K'Fed again - so why risk all that with some stupid book?  I think Lynne Spears should reconsider - and not release the book.  Scrap it, burn it, something.

Plus, younger daughter Jamie Lynn, gave birth to her own child, at just 17-years-old a few days ago.  Now is the time that Lynne should be concentrating her efforts on her daughters and their well-being, not trying to make a buck off of them.  Been there, done that!

And Britney is even willing to pay her mother to NOT release the book.  If it's money Lynne needs, well, take it from Brit and then let the personal stuff, stay private!  Britney wants her mom to shut it.  I have to be on team Britney for this one.
