Live With Regis & Kelly co-host Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos have talked about the possibility of having a fourth child - and it seems as though they may be trying for that baby - at lunch! The couple were spotted getting romantic between appetizers and the main course in New York City. Hey, busy parents have to find ways to be creative!

Kelly, 37, and Mark have three children - Michael, 11, Lola, 7, and Joaquin, 5. The couple told Us Weekly about having another baby, saying, "we talk about it all the time, it's a huge discussion in our house."
If they keep it up, they'll be preggo in no time.
