Tom Cruise - amazingly the man was able to meet, marry and have children with two beautiful actresses. Miracles never cease to amaze me. His ex-wife, Nicole Kidman, made her Broadway debut in 1998 in The Blue Room and his second wife, Katie Holmes is set to star on Broadway this coming September in All My Sons, and reports are that ticket sales are far less than what Nicole scored during her stage run. Kidman's performance sold $4 million in tickets and Holmes less than $1 million. Interesting....
A broker told the Post: "I've bought 1,000 tickets to the show. I still have them." It could be, because Nicole appeared nude in her play - naked chicks sell right? Kidman's tickets went as high as $700 for premium seats, but so far, the highest price for Katie is $300 per ticket.
A Broadway source said: I think if she [Katie] takes off her clothes, she may catch up!" Surely they jest, but really, sex sells!
Despite the difference in ticket sales, neither woman topped Julie Roberts - who's 2006 show Three Days of Rain sold out in one day!!
