Nicole Richie, as all new moms, (or seasoned moms for that matter!), need time out, time to let loose and have some fun.  However, as a parent, you may want to tone it down slightly and avoid getting into altercations in public places, thus getting yourself kicked out of clubs!

Richie was reportedly outside of the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas when she and another person got into an altercation at the valet stand at about 1 a.m. Sunday morning.  Nicole got so out of control that security was summoned and she was booted from the property.

She was there partying with her man Joel Madden, the other Good Charlotte bandmates, and Carey Hart.  Perhaps Nic had a wee bit too much to drink?  But, then again, she might be pregnant with baby # 2, so I'm assuming she'd give up booze if that was the case?
