Heath Ledger will be missed as an actor, and a movie star, but he will be missed most of all, as a father.
Michelle Williams, Heath Ledger's former fiance, wants to make a film about Heath for Matilda. She wants all of his
friends and co-stars to share the stories they have and a little bit about Heath as they knew him so that
Matilda can grow up knowing the man that her father
was. Matilda was so young when he died that she probably won't have any of her own memories of her daddy, Michelle knows this and will do her best to make sure Matilda can keep his memory alive.
In a statement about Heath's early death Michelle said, "I am the mother of the most tender-hearted, high-spirited,
beautiful little girl who is the spitting image of her father. All that
I can cling to is his presence inside her that reveals itself every
day."
A loving tribute in a sad situation.
