Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally welcomed their much anticipated twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline on July 12 and Angie's obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann of France has answered questions in front of the Lenval Hospital in Nice and the twin's birth certificates were shown as well! Here's what the good doctor had to say:
Twin's birth certificates shown to public!
Dr. Sussmann said the celebrity parents were "joined in emotion during the birth of their twins," and all "are doing well."
The family are resting away from the prying eyes of the paps camera lens.
Dr. Sussmann adds, that Brad was at Angelina's side and the doctor joked, "He was my assistant.
"He was very happy... The emotion was very strong for him. I felt the emotion of both the mother and father. Angelina Jolie was speaking, was laughing with her husband. They were happy."
Sussman says that everyone is content, "The mother, the babies, the father are doing marvelously well."
He said that the C-section was moved up for medical reasons but would not elaborate.
The older Jolie-Pitt kids have not met their new siblings as of yet.
The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi delivered the twin's birth certificates, which was shown to reporters with Brad and Angelina's permission. They were signed by Brad as WBP for William Brad Pitt. You can see that HERE.
The Mayor said, The father is having one of the happiest moments in his life, like any father, especially when they have the joy of having two children from such a wonderful wife as Angelina Jolie.
"The mother is doing fine. She is smiling a lot. She is as happy as th father."
