Angelina's Body After Baby

I know, I know, it's to early to see pictures of Angelina and her body after giving birth on Saturday, but I had to share this story because it is either rich in rumor and speculation or speaks of the pressure of being a female in Hollywood these days.

The rumor is that Angelina starting dieting before she gave birth to the twins because she was so worried about getting her figure back. She gave the hospital a list of dietary needs when she was admitted to the hospital. The list included organic foods and items that are rich in Omega-3, such as organic salmon, tomatoes, brown bread and herbs.

"She has almonds or hazelnuts with apple and honey for a snack, while mackerel or grilled fresh tuna with watercress, spinach and tomatoes is a typical lunch or dinner. She will continue the diet when she returns home with the twins until she is well and truly back in shape." a friend said.

Sounds like a good diet, maybe I should try it. I have a friend that had triplets and she was as thin as a rail before she gave birth, those babies sucked her dry.

That's just healthy eating, not necessarily a diet to lose weight.  She's smart.  My pregnancy diet was a lot like that except for the ice cream every night (for the calcium!)and the massive amounts of pasta in between!

Sounds healthy except for all the mercury in the tuna and mackerel (1 or 2 on the list of fish containing the highest levels of mercury). Hope she's not nursing!
