The ear is identical, but a little piece on the top doesn't show cause her hair is covering it! I mean come on.. When you type miley's name igoogle you see pictures of her wearing just a bra and very revealing underwear.. This didn't surprise me at all..

This picture is real! Her ear looks slightly different because it's from a different angle and her hair is wet and covering the top part. And she is an ACTRESS. She IS NOT Hannah Montana. That is her character in a show. Hannah might not pose for these photos, but MILEY apparently will.

 Look closely at the earlobes. The picture of the showering girl has a much thinner earlobe on top, than the clothed girl on the right, who has a rather fat one.  The front part of the earlobe of the showering girl sweeps back, while the clothed girl's front part of her earlobe actually leans forward.   IMO, the two photos are of different girls.

I don't think it's fake, I just think that Miley is trying to grow up too fast!  I think that Miley is not thinking, and don't say it's because of her being a teenager, she should still STOP AND FREAKIN' think!  I think that since she is now a big shot, she thinks she can do anything she wants and get away with it!  In my opinion, it just makes me NOT!  She keeps saying that she is growing out of Hannah Montana and Disney Channel, but she isn't, look at Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron, and Vanessa Hugdens, which are all in their 20's, they maybe are out growing it , but not some 15 year old!  I think she has made up her mind, and it's not for the good, and as for the pictures being sent to Nick J, if he acctually got these pictures and LIKED them, he is out of his mind, and is not as straight as many people say he is, and how he appears to be!

The ears don't look identical to me, but even if it isn't a fake, having non-famous teenagers is tough enough, and what a teenage girl and her friends think they are doing in private...normal things, goofy things, innocent but private things, can scare the crap out of a parent. This teenager just happens to be famous. Anyone can get hacked; I've been hacked, and although my photos weren't racey at all, they were private; they were mine, and they sent to a woman who should never have seen them. So this isn't a case of Miley doing something inappropriate and trying to shock the public. It's a case of privacy violation, whether it's a fake or not! This change who she is or what she represents or the fact that she has pretty good parents. Leave her alone. And to the hacker that got me or was paid to get me: leave me alone too.
