My first guess was a nanny also, but I just checked the "Who's Dating Who" site. It says AK is dating actress Laura Prepon. Not sure if the girl in this picture is her, but she has the same color hair.

I agree with Cassie. She's the nanny. she changes the diapers and feeds the baby. A.K. only takes pictures with him. I don't think he would take an airplane flight Alone with a baby!!!!
