Man, I loves me some Barenaked Ladies (and the band is good,too!). They've been supplying songs to my soundtrack since my senior year in high school (it was like a musical) and their latest CD "Snacktime" is a family favorite. How can you not love a kid's album that mentions Gordie Howe?
That's why I was disappointed to hear that lead singer Steven Page was arrested for possession of cocaine. I wish I could say I was surprised. Rock band is rock band, and just because BNL seem smarter than most doesn't mean they're smarter than most.
Steven Page was arrested on fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Friday in Syracuse.
Page separated from his wife last year and has three children, Isaac (11), Benjamin (9), and Jonah (7).
I guess we now know what Page would really do if he had a million dollars.
