Salma Hayek, 41, and French billionaire, Francois-Henri Pinault, 46, are over....

The parents of baby Valentina have called off their engagement.  Salma's rep said to USA Today, "We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled.  There will be no further comment."

The couple welcomed their daughter Valentina on September 1, 2007.
