Angelina's rocky relationship with her father is obviously not the only one in the world like it. Another celebrity's father has recently been trying to contact her through the media.
Stephen Reed - Charlotte Church's biological dad wants to be get back in touch with his daughter 20 years after he last saw her.
He said: "Please get in
contact with me, I still love you. It upsets me very much that much
that I've got a grandchild who I don't know and another on the way, but
what can I do?"
Stephen, 44, claims Charlotte's perspective on him is wrong: "There are some people who
are obviously trying to drive a wedge between us and keep us separated.
People have told her things about me that are abhorrent."
Stephen remarried and the couple has two sons. He tried to reunite with Charlotte on several occasions, but was shunned.
Charlotte,
22, previously said about her biological father's side of her family:
"They are strangers to me. I don't know if they are moral. Ignorance is
bliss, I'm staying in my own ignorant bubble, right or wrong."
