Jennifer Lopez has been criticized for losing her baby weight so fast after giving birth just 5 months ago to twins Max and Emme. However, although she looks good, I certainly wouldn't call her skinny (unlike some celebrity moms, won't name names) - she actually looks quite 'normal.' Sort of like an every day mom, except she's richer and slightly more famous than most of us. But no matter how good we may think she looks, Jen isn't happy at all with her post baby bod!
According to a source, JLo is struggling to get rid of that last 20 pounds of baby weight - she put on about 50 lbs during her pregnancy.
The insider says, "Jen doesn't feel good about her body. She thinks she's lost her figure forever." She's always complaining about her "flabby tummy and thighs." Ah, the joys of motherhood.
"Jennifer thinks her thighs look terrible. She has major cellulite. She thinks her face and body look totally different than they did before she was pregnant." Well, hell yes!
The pal says that Lopez has even considered liposuction but right now is doing what a lot of moms do - yo-yo dieting. She'll reportedly sit in a sauna for 3 hours a day!
The source adds, "She just sweats the weight away. It works to lose a few pounds, but it's all liquid, so the weight comes right back."
And Jennifer will also go days "without eating... or eat only oranges and Saltine crackers."
I'm thinking the twins sucked JLo's brain out - because that's what pregnancy and kids do to us moms sometimes. Surely she has to know that silly fad diets and starving herself won't help. She's smarter than that. And, uh, pretty sure she's still rich - HIRE A TRAINER. And a chef. Do I have to tell these silly celebs everything?
