Two days ago we reported that Angelina Jolie had been spotted enjoying the summer weather with her children in France.
Since then, Brad Pitt has successfully shut down publication of said photos and is now threatening to sue the paparazzi for taking said pictures with a powerful telephoto lense.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly sold the babies photos to a U.S. publication for $11 million dollars, all of which will be donated to charity.
Pitt's lawyer, Yael Holtkamp, said the taking of the photos was a
"malicious violation" of the actor's privacy rights under both French
and California law.
Holtkamp said one unspecified photo agency that had already sold the
pictures had agreed to stop further sales and removed them from its Web
site.
Several celebrity websites that had links to the pictures had removed them by late on Thursday, including us.
