Those photos that have been circulating the internet of Halle & Nahla - we have them as well - the "source" claimed that the pics were taken while Halle, her mom and baby daughter Nahla were at a public park, which, uh, no, they weren't apparently. They were actually taken while the family was in Halle's own backyard! Now Halle is fighting back, just like Brad Pitt....
Berry says the paps went too far this time to get a shot of her and her daughter. The photographers were trespassing onto her private property and getting pics while she and her family were in her backyard.
Attorney for Halle, Evan Spiegel, said that a criminal complaint has now been issued and the incident is under investigation. There are reportedly eye witnesses who saw the photographers in a "very blatant and invasive trespass."
The 41-year-old actress is also hoping that the photos will be removed from the Web. She told the AP, that she will never sell photos of her baby.
Halle, call Angelina - she's got weapons. Ha.
