Trouble's brewing in the Cruise home and Katie Holmes has finally put her foot down!  She's not taking it one minute longer...

Katie is fed-up and wants things to change - no more living with all of the in-laws!  She once said, during an interview, "We live with my sister-in-law, her two sons, my mother-in-law, and [Tom's] kids Isabella and Connor."  I agree, mom, sis and her kids, gotta go.

An insider spilled the beans to In Touch Weekly, "It's like a huge family reunion every day at their house.  It's about time for Tom and Katie to live alone.  They never have before."

According to In Touch, when the Cruises purchased and moved into their new digs in Beverly Hills - a $35 million dollar mansion no less - Katie finally grew a pair (or her Xenu medication wore off) and told Tom that they should only be living with the children - Suri, and teens, Isabella and Connor (Tom's kids with Nicole Kidman).

I wonder how Tommy boy handled that?  His family has lived with him since he and Nicole parted ways in 2001.

A pal states, "He's very close with his sisters and his mother and he always welcomes his family into his house.  Cass [one of Cruise's sisters] and her sons have been an integral part of Tom's life, and Cass helps take care of Tom's children when he is away."  Cass has even home-schooled Isabella and Connor.

Friends of Tom's say that times are a changin', "Tom agreed things needed to be different.  He assured [Katie] that they would not be moving in with them."

Tom's mom and sisters will move into alien headquarters a duplex at the Scientology Centre in Hollywood.

Tommy has now upped Katie's meds.  Kidding.
