Is Johnny Depp Moving To Get Away From The Jolie-Pitts?

Posted by trix

Johnny Depp has lived in a part of the world that is filled with peace and quiet and I believe that he has come to expect a certain amount of privacy. When in France he is tucked away in relatively paparazzi free area and is unused to the frenetic pace of life that they bring with them.  Of course he's used to the paparazzi, he's a movie star, but he visits France to get away from it on a day-to-day basis.

Brad and Angelina moved in to the area not too long ago to get away from the high profile life for a minute- to have their babies in peace, but rather than escape the paparazzi, they have brought an infestation. This infestation then spills over to the likes of Johnny Depp and he is not happy.

I know he's been living in LA for a little while but his quiet escape in France is filled with paparazzi right now so it has been reported that Johnny has been looking to move out of the area, possibly to London.

The LA Times reports: ...he's reportedly prepping for the role of the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's live-action/CGI "Alice in Wonderland", which will be shooting in London, just a 2 1/2 hour car drive (or about an hour by train) from Norwich. Claxton Manor is a £5.5-million Elizabethan property (that's like $12 million) that has eight bedroom, six baths, with expansive private grounds. But Johnny may also be checking out a place with its own vineyard, a 13th century house called Flemings Hall. And the latter has -- wait for it -- a moat!

There is another option for Johnny and his family. If you recall in 2005 he bought a 40-acre island in the Bahamas which he is making, or has made, eco-friendly. The island is self-contained as far as power goes.  It has a grid-independent solar hydrogen system which provides enough power for the island.

I choose the island in the Bahamas. You know, as if I had a say in the matter.
