Gail Porter, 37-year-old presenter, says she has a very close bond with 6-year-old daughter, Honey. Gail has survived a lot, including her divorce from Toploader guitarist Dan Hipgrave, severe postnatal depression, bipolar disorder, and losing all of her hair in 2005 due to alopecia areata.
She's a great role model for Honey. "Honey and I are so close. We’re like best mates. She’s the one person who hopes my hair doesn’t grow back. She really worries about that."
Gail, who appeared in a list of FHM's Top 100 Sexiest Women in 1999, says she'd love to have more children, though she'd have to go the adoption route. She doesn't want to face that crippling postnatal depression again.
More children will have to wait, though. Honey is plenty for Gail right now. "I’m happy with it being just me, her and the dog. That’s more than enough. It’s our little posse and I love it."
