Tom Cruise has lost some weight and he's looking good again. I think I found it, but that's neither here nor there.
How did he do it? What made him realize that he needed to lose the weight? How did he get back in shape?
All questions that deserve an answer.
He realized that he had some weight to lose when he saw a picture of himself and saw a spare tire. He was shocked to be sure.
His lovely wife Katie urged him to seek out incredibly hot bodied friend, David Beckham, for help. She figured that because he gets paid to be in shape he would be able to help Tom out.
Beckham drew up a nutrition plan and work-out regime and Cruise, 46, is said to be "thrilled" with the result.
Dang it, it really is all about diet and exercise.
