There are rumors flying back and forth about whether or not Britney is going to perform at the VMA's on Sunday the 7th.
The latest info is supposedly from Russell Brand himself, the host of this years VMA's.
He confirms that Britney will be at the VMA's, some would like to think that she is going to be the top secret performer, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
No one really knows if she will be or won't be at the ceremony, but it seems like everyone wants to know. Are they trying to pump up the excitement so that the ratings will be higher.
