“This couldn’t have come at a worse time. I’m
in bits. I’m devastated. Jack is my rock.”
Jade Goody was understandably upset when a judge sentenced her on again, off again, boyfriend Jack Tweed to jail. Jack was in court facing charges of battering with his friend, James Mattock. The Judge found the pair guilty of battering a 16 year old with golf clubs.
Jack received a sentence of 18 months in prison.
After the sentencing Jade visited Jack's mom Mary, to offer comfort and support. Jade had obviously been crying and was upset at the judge's decision, because “she is due to have an operation in two weeks and is likely to
have chemotherapy. Jack Tweed lives with her. He supports her."
Jack and Jade split earlier this year but he has been constantly at her side
since she was diagnosed with cancer.
