With regard to manufactured pictures as above - there exists a Vanity Fair cover purporting to be that of Sarah Palin.  It appears a very good cover shot. However, after comparison to recent TV footage and allegations of Photo Shopping - that cover is also a fake.

ok, we now know Bristol Palin is pregnant....thanks Mom for telling the whole world! But to add intrique to all this: IS THIS BRISTOL'S 1ST BABY?!? Republicans are good at eating their young....or spouses (cf. George and John send 'wives' while they 'work'....where ARE the cheney's? (Just an aside) Bristol is home for over 4 months..the last four of Mom's supposed pregnancy. Bristol winds up changing High Schools (mom wanted Mono to spread??)
