Really getting tired of the political nonsense here on Babble. Enough already. I don't read Babble to find out how the Democratic party feels about the Republican candidates.

The teen pregnancy issue is meant to divert our attention from her (lousy) record.  The facts are much more interesting.

She put it up for sale on eBay (with a $2.5 Million reserve) four times during her first year in office. Ms. Palin had campaigned on this issue and really wanted the headline-grabbing notoriety of a jet plane sale on eBay. There was an offer of $1.9 million, but the state bungled the terms of sale and the customer bought elsewhere. The Alaska state government continued to pay off the plane at the rate of $62,492.79 per quarter.

Finally the jet, now 21 years old, was placed with a broker and sold for $2.1 million (minus the broker’s 1.5%)

The eBay stunt wasted the state’s time and the people’s money.

Governor Palin has not learned anything since her time as mayor of Wasilla, when she bungled a land deal and bought the tiny town a $125,000 plot of land for $1.7 million.

Okay Republicans - face it.  The teen pregnancy is highly relevant because SP and her party continue to push and fund abstinence only education despite all evidence showing that this methodology fails miserably and results in huge numbers of teen pregnancies.  Pro Choicers are not pro-abortion.  None of us want abortion to be necessary, but when kids aren't taught to take care of their own bodies, or to protect themselves from unwanted pregnancies, this may seem like the only answer to some.  Let's teach our kids the facts in a constructive, useful way.  Let's teach them how NOT to get pregnant.  And the fact that this VP candidate was not able to do that in her own home, does not bode well for how she will do on a national scale.

Her Daughter's pregnancy etc. go more to distracting the RightyWhitey faction from seeing "Her"[Sarah Palin]'s pregnancy.  The last one was kept from her constituents till the very end.
