So rumor has it that Katie Holmes, Scientology mom extraordinnaire, really sucks at singing. That hasn't stopped her from booking a guest stint on the popular series "Eli Stone" this fall. The ABC series returns on October 14 and stars Jonny Lee Miller, Victor Garber, and Natasha Henstridge.
But another star of the show, Matt Letsher, says that Katie Holmes "does a song-and-dance number that is the best one we've ever done. We've done tons of musical numbers and she was just phenomenal."
At the moment, Holmes is rehearsing in NYC for her upcoming Broadway debut in Arthur Miller's play "All My Sons."
What about more guest spots on "Eli Stone," though? Letscher says, "They've left it open."
If Holmes can actually sing, that'll totally change my opinion of her. Well, ONE opinion. I still think she needs a fashion consultant.
