The photo after the cut proves what a lot of people have been talking about - Governor Sarah Palin is "trailer trash." I didn't believe it either, but after seeing the pic, this pretty much confirms it.

Forget Troopergate and Babygate - this is way worse that. Palin is being called "trailer trash," because - get this - she wore hoop earrings when she accompanied John McCain to Miss. to speak about Hurricane (impending at the time) Gustav.
Who knew that wearing hoop earrings makes you trash? FYI - I love hoop earrings - especially silver (although I don't give speeches). I guess when giving a speech with a presidential candidate, it's a faux pax to sport the hoop earrings because your intelligence drops? Hoop earrings are apparently the style choice of the "poor." Sheesh. So moms out there, don't let your daughter's wear "trailer trash, poor people" earrings - you wouldn't want the neighbours to talk.
It's good to know that people are discussing what's really important. And,I didn't know this, but last year, The Washington Post gave a shout out to Hillary Clinton (a whole page no less!) because she had a bit of cleavage goin' on, on the Senate floor. Now that's trashy.
