What the heck kind of scare tactic is this? The former Beatle is being threatened....
Paul McCartney is set to play at Israel's 60th anniversary and that isn't making the 66-year-old any friends.
TMZ is reporting that a militant Muslim leader has made threats against McCartney if he goes ahead with the September 25 show in Tel Aviv. And what's the threat? A suicide bombing! Seriously? For some old famous guy to perform?
According to the Sunday Express, preacher Omar Bakri stated, "He will not be safe there. The sacrifice operatives will be waiting for them."
OMG - we've got to now be PC with suicide bombers - "sacrifice operatives." Lord.
Paul doesn't plan on canceling. Seriously? He's a dad with one child still very young to raise! I get his point but if I were being threatened like that, I would totally cancel. But that's me, paranoid mom.
Hopefully if he does do the show, he'll be okay.
