Madonna might be the big 5-0 and she might be a mom of three kids (who, I'm guessing can't ever go to see her shows) but that's not stopping the pop star from doing things on stage that leave you wondering....

....what the hell is she doing? Is she dry humping her guitar? I've watched the video a few times, and that's what I'm left with - that Madonna is simulating sex with her guitar. Hey, who am I to judge? Oh, and she falls on stage too - that wasn't on purpose I'm guessing.
I'm also assuming this is why Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow were left with their mouths hanging open.
