You'd better sit down for this. Clay Aiken is on the cover of the new issue of People magazine that hits newsstands on Wednesday and he's holding his brand new son, Parker. Parker is adorable - bright eyed and sweet, just a precious little doll. And get this - the headline also reads: "Yes I'm Gay." Clay is gay. Uh, I'm pretty sure we knew that....
The American Idol alum and best friend Jaymes Foster, 50, decided to become parents together and little Parker arrived on August 8. Clay has decided to come out now (trust me, we knew Clay, and it's okay) because, he "cannot raise a child to lie or hide things."
See? Much better to just be who you are and not pretend (again, I don't think you fooled anyone, and again, it's okay) to be something you're not.
Clay is headed back to Broadway in Spamalot.
