It hasn't even been a week since the deadly plane crash that killed four people and miraculously left Travis Barker and DJ AM alive. And yet, DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) has returned to Los Angeles already. According to Us magazine, Goldstein returned via bus from Georgia, which is where he was treated at the Josephh Still Burn Center for second-degree burns.
Both Goldstein and Barker are expected to make full recoveries, but it's surprising that either of them has been released from the hospital this quickly.
There were 6 people on the plane, including DJ AM and Barker. The pilot and copilot died from smoke inhalation and burns. The other two passengers - friends of Barker and AM - died from impact injuries.
It's not yet known why the plane went down like it did, though the black box indicates that the pilot knew of a blown tire.
We'll keep reporting news as it comes down the pike. Hope DJ AM and Barker are feeling okay. It's got to be a life-changing experience, surviving something like they did.
