Heather Locklear is having a rough year.
Heather Locklear was arrested on the suspicion of driving under the influence. What kind of influence is still to be determined by the police investigating the arrest. Heather has been released on her own recognizance and did not have to post bail.
The arrest took place in Santa Barbara on Saturday, just two months after Heather completed a rehab stint for "anxiety and depression". The anxiety and depression may have been triggered by the alcohol and pill taking, which was the rumored real reason Heather was in rehab.
Why does everybody think that 1 month is a long enough rehab time, for a habit that has been building for such a long time? Anyone can go for a month without something, especially if they are used to Lent.
