Britney Spears is a jet-setting mama, who arrived in New York - for perhaps some promotional work for her much anticipated new album, Circus? Whatever the reason, she looked good - with the exception of her once again ratty weave (please embrace your real hair!) - and it's nice to see she's apparently ditched those dirty brown boots forever. Yay for small miracles!
